Lead Sheet
When working on a complicated longer form documentary, subjects often interviewees you to other interviewees, and so on. It can be useful to have a few of these pre-printed Lead Sheets to take notes on in your producer’s book so you’ve got all your contacts and followups organized in the same place.

  1. Hi it would be great if I could get some advice on exclusivity forms.

    I have interviewed a subject, but want to have the exclusive documentary on hi. I have a release form, but I understand there is something like an exclusive release that allows you to be the only documentary on the person for 1 or 2 years. Please advise.
